These customers can also be qualified for "Delivery" from the restaurant owners. This ultimately leads to increased revenues. In most cases, these customers prefer to order food online. The fourth aspect of the Zomato business is focused on the "Delivery" part. This aspect of the food business is usually not very effective for restaurant owners. For example, if the food is ordered online by a customer from a faraway location, the restaurant owner needs to hire more employees to deliver the order from that location. The additional workers required for this part of the process of delivery will lead to increased labour costs for the restaurant owners.
